PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
A new generation water based 100% acrylic long life, interior, exterior low sheen coating for those high traffic and exterior areas that need a highly washable and Durable coating.
Complies with SABS 1586 / 1995 Specification
PRODUCT FEATURES
- Highly durable and UV resistant for harsh climate
- Highly washable, comfortably meets the requirements of the very harsh SABS and ASTMS scrubs resistant test methods
- Excellent adhesion
- Excellent, no mess application properties
- Resists Algae and Fungus growth

- If correctly applied to a properly prepared substrate the product has a life expectancy of 10-12 years, possibly longer

A new generation water based acrylic waterproofing compound, in which the re-enforcing fibre membrane is incorporated into the ready to use liquid coating to provide a long lasting, seamless and flexible water proof coating for all wall types, parapet walls and other areas as required.

Highly water resistant-with a low water up take – this coating won’t let the water re-enter the areas it protects. - Excellent adhesion and flexibility – this coating will move with the building as it expands and contracts as the temperature fluctuates between night and day and Winter and Summer.

ACRYLIC SEALER
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Acrylic Sealer is a water based binder used as a base coat on various substrates before the application of acrylic top coats, such as:
- As a base coat on roof tiles, to close pores, before applying 2 coats of Roof Acrylic.
- As a base coat on weathered previously painted PVA or ACRYLIC on plastered walls. Also used on dried plaster before application of two top coats of Acrylic.
